Games like Saints Row Series are large open-world adventures full of things to do alongside the main story. They let you freely explore their detailed urban, wild or futuristic locations as much as you want either on foot or by using a variety of different vehicles.

When the Saints Row franchise made its debut, it was first mostly regarded as a GTA clone. It had an open-world, police, criminals, and lots of weapons to blow them and everyone up with. While Saints Row: The Third may have been the start to distancing the series from GTA, Saints Row IV proved to be the ultimate form, embracing the wackier aspects of the 3rd installment and going head-on into making a crazy, distinct experience. From saving Earth from aliens to having super-powers that let you easily navigate the city and cause mayhem as the customizable US President, plus the addition of seamless co-op and tons of vehicles and weapons – Saints Row IV is a wild ride, as is playing through the whole series.
