Alien: Isolation Alternatives and Similar Games
Below you will find the brief info about Alien: Isolation, user reviews and the list of the most similar games.
Games Like Alien: Isolation
Games like Alien: Isolation have you explore abandoned places as you try to solve creepy mysteries behind these locations. Throughout these horror games, you’ll trudge in fear of what happens next. They may include a deadly beast you cannot fight, but must hide from in various ways. But, maybe you will find equipment that will let you at least drive away the menace.
This is the case in the award-winning survival horror, Alien: Isolation, a game where one familiar monster will keep you on your toes wherever you are in the deserted trading station of Sevastopol. As Amanda, you’ll use your Motion Tracker to know if there is any movement going on near your vicinity, but in some places, this device is rendered useless, requiring you to be even more wary of the complex and dynamic Alien.
The developer’s splendid work on their in-house CATHODE engine has allowed them to wonderfully immerse you into the sci-fi world and give you that Alien feel. Throughout the game, the well-designed Alien may not be the only foe you’ll have to face. As you hack your way through the station you’ll find various materials you can use to craft a range of different items, such as medkits, flashbangs and more. Crafting some items however, requires having a blueprint first, which can be found as you progress through the captivating story. No weapon will keep you forever safe, as ammunition is scarce and limited. The Alien, however, can only be slowed down, not killed.
If you’re an Alien fan then Alien: Isolation is a must-play; it’s an amazing and lengthy space odyssey you’ll certainly enjoy. But even if you’re not, it’s still worth checking out.
